Consulting-style meeting and charting out Client’s concerns and needs. Providing constructive structural and design recommendations. Suggestions are made about site architecture and usability considering primary target audiences.

Creating the technical assignment and approval.

Design of at least two (2) unique website design style layout(s) for consideration in accordance with technical assignment.

Style sheet for the future website derived including approval of such “fixed” elements as backgrounds, fonts, button styles, logo positioning, header and footer design. 

Website style-guide approval by the client prior to programming.

Phase 2

Custom coding and programming to facilitate highest visitor usability, easy navigation for all pages and subpages. 

Programming of the website using “lean” practices making site fast and easy to load, interactive, up-to-date, with delivery of integration with social media outlets and tools.

Custom programming includes following sample features: events, news/blog, about us (with history and employee profiles), services with subpages for each, contact us, social media integration, newsletter sign up and more.

Mobile commutability testing, cross-browser testing, contract forms testing. 

CMS System (eZ Publish) - A content management system (CMS) is a system used by the client to manage the editorial content of the website. The web-based publishing feature allows the client to publish new or modified content in real time online. Easy to use eZ publish CMS is chosen by us for this project for following reasons: 

• It allows for dynamic, non-template, client-specific web-design unlike Word Press

• No bulky update to download unlike Word Press or Drupal

• Approximately one (1) hour learning curve for website administrator (with average computer skills)

• No knowledge of HTML or any other programming language required

Web-hosting and CMS hosting - $275/year, no hidden fees

Price listed for CUSTOM sites is AVERAGE. Specific and actual quote is given after an official meeting, based upon functionality and technical items needed/wanted. We do not charge by page (amount).
